Project #5: Digital Campaigns

With the sudden onset of COVID19, small business owners were scrambling to find ways to adapt. For many restaurants, leaving the door open a crack would be essential for surviving. For Soul Sistas in Huntsville, we helped Lorraine create an E-gift certificate campaign through technologies readily available (for free). We couldn’t imagine giving even one cent of revenue to an online provider who would issue the gift certificate, so with a little process creation & integration we were able to create an affordable and efficient sales funnel for customers to support the restaurant and receive a discount.
